Witch of the Forest

Originally intended as Albedo (the white, illuminated phase of alchemy), an excess of copper kept the piece tethered to the Nigredo. It revealed itself as a forest-witch — horned, white, covered in graffiti made by the visitors who entered the studio. At first I was uncomfortable with her 'ugliness'; today I love her honest, dense energy.
